Xavier obtuvo su Doctorado en Derecho de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Santa Clara, California. 

 

Xavier earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. 

​

Xavier tiene más de una década de experiencia litigando casos con éxito en tribunales administrativos, civiles, y federales en California.  Él es licenciado en California y está autorizado para ejercer la abogacía ante los tribunals de California y el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Central de California, el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Norte de California, y el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Este de California.

Xavier has more than a decade of experience successfully litigating cases in administrative, civil, and federal courts in California.  He is licensed in California and is admitted to practice law before California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Xavier ha representado a clientes con éxito en Derechos de Empleo y Laboral y en Ley de Protección al Consumidor desde que estudiaba en la facultad de derecho como estudiante-abogado en estudios clínicos, donde también fue líder electo, y se ofreció como voluntario en la comunidad.  Se le otorgó un certificado en Derecho de Interés Público y Justicia Social por practicar y utilizar la visión teórica, el conocimiento práctico, y la capacitación en habilidades necesarias para attender a clientes y causas subrepresentados/as.

Xavier has successfully represented clients in Employment Law and Consumer Protection Law since he was in law school as a student-attorney in clinical studies, where he also was an elected leader, and volunteered in the community.  He was awarded a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law for practicing and utilizing the theoretical insight, practical knowledge, and skills training necessary to serve underrepresented clients and causes. 

 

Los humildes inicios de Xavier y sus antecedentes en la clase obrera le enseñaron los valores del trabajo en equipo y la lucha por el desfavorecido.  Él ha vivido en el Norte de California, las regiones del Medio Oeste y Nueva Inglaterra de los Estados Unidos, y en México. Xavier y su familia consideran el Sur de California su hogar, donde tambien es voluntario y entrena los equipos deportivos de sus hijos.  Cuando no ejerce la abogacía disfruta de una buena pizza al estilo Nueva York.

​

Xavier's humble beginnings and working class background taught him the values of teamwork and fighting for the underdog.  He has lived in Northern California, the Midwest and New England regions of the United States, and in Mexico.  Xavier and his family call Southern California home, where he also volunteers and coaches his children's sports teams.  When he is not practicing law he enjoys a good New York style pizza.
